BRONZE MEDAL Cairns Wine Show 2010 BRONZE MEDAL NSW Small Winemakers Wine Show 2009 This Sauvignon Blanc was harvested in the cool of the night and fermented in stainless steel fermenters in order to retain the fresh and zesty Sauvignon Blanc fruit flavours and aromas. Pale straw with a light green hue. This cool climate Sauvignon Blanc displays lovely pineapple, kiwifruit and guava aromas with subtle green bean complexity. The palate shows loads of tropical fruit flavours held together within a soft and supple structure. There is a touch of minerality adding further complexity to a fine and persistent finish. CELLARING:	This Sauvignon Blanc has been made to enjoy over the next 18months while the flavours are young and fresh.

Pale straw with a light green hue. This cool climate Pinot Gris has an attractive floral perfume with ripe citrus fruit aromas including fresh cut pear, nectarine and orange zest. There is added spiciness and subtle honey aromas adding further complexity and character. The palate displays varietal citrus and pear flavours within a soft and supple structure. There is good varietal definition with a generous mouthfeel and a lingering, dry finish. CELLARING:	This Pinot Gris has been made to enjoy over the next 18 months while the flavours are young and fresh.

The Merlot grapes that make this Rose were harvest in the cool of night before being crushed and left on their skins for a short time before fermentation started. A light bright strawberry pink. This Cool Climate Merlot Rosé has dried fruit and strawberry jam aromas ending in a hint of geranium and liquorice. Its a well structured dry Rosé with elegent dusty tannins. Its balanced structure is built with plum flavours giving it good dry length in the mouth. CELLARING:	Cellaring to around 2013 will ensure a smooth maturationof flavours.

This Zinfandel was harvested in the cool of the night. It was fermeneted on its skins before being aged in French Oak for 6 months. Brick Red with a slight orange edge. AROMA:	This cool climate Zinfandel has an attractive floral perfume with geranium, sweet rhubarb and blueberry overtones. There are hints of blueberry and berry conserve and subtle caramel. The palate is soft and approchable with ripe red berry fruits together with some herbal flavours which build on the palate there are also soft balanced tannins evident on the finish. CELLARING:	Medium term cellaring to around 2016 will ensure further integration and development of lovely maturation flavours.

SILVER MEDAL Australian Cool Climate Wine Show 2010 BRONZE MEDAL Orange Wine Show 2010 BRONZE MEDAL Australian Boutique Wine Awards 2010 The Merlot and Cabernet Franc were harvested in the cool of the night and were crushed then fermented together before being aged in French Oak for 6 months. Deep garnet with a youthful purple hue. This cool climate Merlot Cabernet Franc has attractive floral vioet perfume with ripe raspberry and stewed plums aroma. There is added spiciness and subtle pepper and spice which meld with balanced oakiness. The palate is medium bodied with subtle, elegant dusty tannins. Its balanaced structure is built with plum and berry flavourse giving a good length in the mouth. CELLARING:	Medium term cellaring to around 2016 will ensure further integration and development of lovely maturation flavours.

BRONZE MEDAL: Australian Boutique Wine Awards 2010 BRONZE MEDAL: NSW Small Winemakers Wine Show 2009 BRONZE MEDAL: Sydney Royal Wine Show 2009. Our Merlot was harvested when the fruit reached optimum ripeness. It was then taken to the winery, fermented in open fermenters with the cap pumped over 3 times daily to add colour, texture and body. The wine was then transferred to fine grained French Heinrich Cote du Rhone Barriques for nine months maturation. Deep garnet with a youthful purple hue. The aromas are rich with dark berries including mulberry and plum, with tobacco leaf, leather, rhubarb, coffee and charry oak complexity. These aromas flow through to the rounded palate which has soft, integrated tannins and good length of flavour. CELLARING:	Medium term cellaring to around 2015 will ensure further integration and development of lovely maturation flavours.

The palate is soft and approachable with subtle, elegant mouth coating tannins. It has a balanced structure with a solid backbone surrounded by dark berry and spice flavours. CELLARING:	Medium term cellaring to around 2015 will ensure further integration and development of lovely maturation flavours.
