This wine is bright white gold in colour, clean and fresh style with 75% ripe chardonnay and 25% crisp green semillon. An ideal aperatif.

This wine has musky blackberry and cassis aromas and a rich, rounded medium bodied palate. Maturation on gross lees resulted in some very gentle, slightly rustic tannins. An easy drinking table wine to enjoy now with lamb, veal or pasta, or to cellar for 3-4 years
Deep garnet red, the wine has a sweet, sappy bouquet of blueberry, blackcurrant and dark plums. The palate is bold and firm with ample fruit richness to fill this solid frame. The tannin structure is firm but fine. Cellar for 3-5 years or enjoy now with beef, game and other strong flavoured dishes.
Very early picked for 100% natural acidity, the key to good sparkling. A very popular wine due to its nice natural fruit, well integrated acidity, low alcohol (10.5%) and low sulfur (<90ppm total SO2).
