We’re a sentimental bunch here at Partalunga and animal lovers to boot. In our garden rest the souls of our beloved pets whose paws pad up and down the vine rows of our hearts. Never to be forgotten, we honour them with – Soul Garden.
A new style of Chardonnay is born with “Sharlee’s Row”, aptly named after our first-born granddaughter; Sharlee. Wine maker Colin Forbes has crafted a refreshing, easy-drinking white with the hint of tropical aromas that finish in a soft, full flavoured palate of pineapple and coconut. Delicious, unique flavours reflect the best of the Adelaide Hills’ cool climate premium fruit.
Nick-named ‘Bubbles’ by her doting father, our Mrs B was perhaps destined to be a die-hard lover of bubbles, and this sparkling white could not be called anything else. Wine maker Sam Scott has outdone himself with this one. Unashamedly flashy and vibrant, the varieties of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier blend superbly with flavours that dance on the tongue and leave you wanting more.
Handpicked fruit from a single vineyard was tenderly crafted into this pale, white gold sparkling wine. Vibrant aromas of citrus nashi pear and lantana beget a complex, elegant palate with a lingering crisp finish. The Chardonnay is complimented by the subtle red flavours of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier with the precision and finesse that embody this wine.
