This Chardonnay exhibits all the high quality characteristics expected of this region. The Adelaide Hills has become a successful premium cool climate wine region. This style is fresh, full bodied and is enhanced by a crisp acid finish.
It was a near perfect growing season, with a cool January and February. The grapes were picked 2 weeks earlier this year, which has made an exceptional premium Adelaide Hills wine. This has produced a youthful and vibrant herbaceous wine,with excellent varietal flavours and refreshing acidity. It is a well balanced wine which makes it an attractive early drinking style.
This premium wine was made from grapes selected from vineyards in the Adelaide Hills region. The wine has distinctive aromatic fruit and spice characteristics of the region. Intense varietal flavour is balanced with integrated oak complexity giving the wine concentrated flavours and softness.
This Cabernet Sauvignon shows distinctive blackcurrant Cabernet fruit, well integrated oak and a clean, firm structure. The palate has good weight and length of flavours with soft tannins. The finish has tremendous length and flavour intensity. This wine exhibits the attributes of the Adelaide Hills region at its best.
