Pale lemon in the glass, its mellow character exhibits lifted citrus and honeysuckle aromas. Fully rounded flavours typical of Riesling with just a hint of melon and other tropical fruits. A finely structured wine with a very satisfying fruit driven and lingering aftertaste that will reward if not over-chilled.

2002 Rivers Edge Riesling

Pale lemon in the glass its crisp character exhibits clear citrus aromas and is very refreshing on the palate. Tropical fruit intertwined with the hallmarks of traditional Riesling characteristics adds complexity and character to the wine. This subtle, finely balanced varietal ends with a lingering yet restrained fruit aftertaste. Ready now but will mature over the next 2-3 years and it will be best enjoyed if not over chilled.

1999 Old Weir Road Shiraz

Our flagship wine with only a few cases made. This very carefully nurtured premium Shiraz has spent the majority of its life in new American oak. It features a distinctive red-purple colour, restrained but evident spice and pepper driven fruit flavours with a vanillin overlay. With its very finely balanced tannins, this wine will still be superb drinking in 10 years or even more.

2000 The Williamson Shiraz

The best parcels of hand-picked vineyard fruit were set aside for this distinctive Shiraz that was matured in new American barrels. Very dark purple in colour and characterised by a lightly spiced oak nose. A pot-pourri of berry and stone fruit with an overlay of toasted oak and fine-grained tannins result in a complexity of flavours that fills and excites the palate and drives the wine to a warm, engrossing finish.
