Light dry rose made from younger Shiraz grape, left on the skin for just 3 hours to give that rose colour, then fermented under cold temperature. Very light only 10% alcohol but quite flavourful with a long finish, ideal wine for long summer lunches, to drink icy cold.
Subtly oaked stricking seductive aromas of toast, fresh cut hay and citrus. Firm and full palate of lime, pear and honey flavours held together by clean sharp acidity. Cellar 6 to 8 years
The nose jumps at you with aromas of passionfruits, apple and peaches, the fruit follows through on the palate with acrisp flinty flavour. Unwooded. Cellar 4 to 5 years
Dessert wine made from very late picked Muscat. Aromas of fresh orange blossoms, apricot, almond. Full round body, huge palate, very well balanced with clean acidity leaving a long finish. Cellar 15 to 18 years
Totally unwooded, aromas of apricot, mandarin & lychees with a touch of fresh almond. Rich full body, round full palate with aspicy lingering finish. Cellar 6 to 8 years
Brillant deep red colour with blackberry spycy, clove aromas. Strong fruit and spice flavours on the the palate followed by soft tannin. Cellar 8 to 10 years
Blend of 90% Cab. and 10% Merlot. Shows aromas of red cherries and mint with a hint of cigar box and chocolate. The fruity palate is well balanced with acidity, the Merlot componant soften the fine tannins. Cellar 10- 12 years.
