Bottled to produce a brut style "Traditional Method" sparkling. We have named it "Madeleine Claire" after our daughter. This method gives a very fine bead compared to carbonated sparklings you may find. 2012 Vintage.

A fresh and aromatic wine with ripe tropical flavours and a crisp dry finish. From our non irrigated vineyard and hand picked. This light straw coloured wine has a fresh nose with a dry, full bodied, complex and long clean palate. 

The Chenin Blanc is a dry full bodied organic white wine with no oak maturation. The nose and palate with has a nice smoky savoury influence through the fruits of the Chenin Blanc. Good drinking now or will keep for further development until 2020. 

Our first certified organic Chardonnay. This dry french style wine has great colour; nutty, creamy flavours of cashews and pineapples on the palate, and perfect acid/fruit balance. Drink now or keep for 5 years.

The organic hand picked grapes produces a sweet table wine. This luscious sweet wine, has a nose of rose petals and has flavours of turkish delight. This light pink wine is a favourite with all our friends.

Made from our Swan Valley organic hand picked Shiraz, this wine is a youngster in the stable. Basket pressed and matured in our underground cellar for 12 months. Drink now or keep for further maturation. 

Our Shiraz dry grown and natural yeast fermented, basket pressed and matured in French & American oak for 20 months with an excellent ripe rich seamless and earthy and slightly savoury palate. Good drinking now. Only 100 cases produced. Rated 91/100 by Ray Jordan WA 2011.

Our greatest Old Label wine: Bronze Medal Winner at 2001 Western Australian and the 2001 & 2006 Swan Valley Wine Show. Shiraz dry grown, basket pressed, aged in American oak for 20 months with excellent berry and current flavours and smoothness. Very good drinking now for a grand celebration. A few cases remain. Rated 84/100 by James Halliday. 

This is a fine example of a dry Fino Sherry with a rich palate and a nuttiness on the nose. 100 bottles made per year. Rich and dry, the perfect aperitif. 375 mL 17% alcohol.
