This wine base bas been fermented and matured in French and American oak for 10 months. The wine has citrus, apple fruit flavours with a soft buttery mid palate and a long clean finish. This wine can be consumed young and fresh but will develop more complexity with 2 years of cellaring. A perfect aperitif with light finger food and a great accompaniment with fish, poultry, pork and spicy Asian dishes.
This wine is well balanced with up front melon and honeydew fruit flavours, a full palate and a clean crisp finish. Best consumed fresh and young this wine is a perfect aperitif or great consumed with fish, chicken, salads or mild soft cheeses.
An outstanding vintage has produced the best wine of the vintage. It is intensely coloured, red-purple, spiced and concentrated. Matured in new Franch oak barriques for 12 months the palate is massive, sweet currant and ripe tannin with a full bodied finish but loads of silkness. This wine will develop more complexity with several years of cellaring. Great consumed with red meat, game and very spicy dishes. To finish the meal try this wine with a mature, ripe, aromatic, cheese.
An outstanding vintage has produced a dense red-purple colour packed wine with an abundance of fruit intensity. The palate is tightly structured with good length and rich red currant, liquorice and sweet jam characters which have been enhanced by maturing the wine for twelve months in American oak barriques. This wine will develop more complexity with a few years of cellaring. Only 600 cases of this wine have been made. A wonderful partner for big red meat dishes and mature full favoured cheeses
