2010 Eden Valley Riesling

A full bodied crisp Riesling typical of the Eden Valley, with a steely/citrus punch while young. Very drink now, but huge cellaring potential should your preference lean toward a more smooth/honeyed mature Riesling. All Edenmae Estate Wines are hand crafted from a single natural vineyard overlooking the Barossas spectacular Eden Valley. We hand prune, dry grow, hand pick & only lightly press our fruit to deliver you a delicate Riesling ready for all palates… At its best when served with a soft goats cheese and some fine company.
