The gold medal winning style of the La Reserve has been maintained in this luscious chardonnay exhibiting aromas of melon and peach. Matured in new French oak for 12 months, the wine opens out to an elegant well-balanced palate with a lingering and classical finish.
Made entirely from Pinot Noir, the grapes were selected and pressed specifically for this Rosé. Echoing rose petals the colour is a delicate, vibrant pink. The fresh, supple palate reveals ripe summer berries, and is lively, rounded and finely balanced.
This 100% Pinot Noir was harvested as whole clusters. It was fermented with a selected burgundy yeast in open fermenters for over a week before being pressed off. It was then put through full Malolactic fermentation. The wine was then racked into two-year-old French oak barriques and matured for a further 8 months.An elegant wine with seductive spice and smoke aromas leading into a cascade of ripe red berry fruit flavours, forest floor characters and a hint of chocolate, encompassed by velvety smooth tannins.

The wine was then racked into French oak barriques and matured for a further 13 months.Fresh, vibrant and bright ruby in colour, this pinot noir displays a beautifully fragrant bouquet of spicy overtones, damp forest floor, ripe fruit and licorice, integrated with subtle oak characters.Finely balanced, complex and supple, the savoury palate reveals cherry compote flavours seasoned with fine French oak (13 months) leading to a long silky finish.
A unique approach to Sauvignon Blanc/Semillon as a dessert wine. Autumn Folly was created in the style of the natural sweet wines of France, i.e “vin doux naturell”. Fermentation was interrupted by the addition of grape spirit made in our own copper still. A finely balanced marriage of sweetness and acidity, this wine has an elegant freshness and lingering fruity aromas
