Dry white wine Pale straw hues The winemaker has chosen to age this Chardonnay in French Burgundy barriques utilizing yeast lees that give a smooth creaminess and texture to the wine. Deliberately, the wine has not seen malolactic fermentation, to sustain the excellent acid and citrus fruit flavours that make the Di Giorgio Chardonnay a clean, fresh and balanced food wine.

Medium bodied, dry red. Deep crimson red with purple hues. Lovely ripe plum and blackberry aromas greet the nose. The palate is rich in mixed berry flavours. An excellent integration of fruit and oak with hints of cedar and choc mint. The palate has good length with soft lingering tannins.
Medium bodied, dry red. Red brick hues A spicy tobacco nose with some nice cedar oak notes. The palate is perfumed with soft, youthful sweet fruit flavours and fine dusty tannins. Excellent length and finishes dry.
Full bodied dry red. Deep purple red colour. Deliciously ripe raspberry and mulberry mingled with nuances of black pepper and spice all wrapped up in a charry oak just jumping out of the glass. Smokey oak and forest fruits are moulded into a soft well rounded structure. The finish is soft and juicy. This is a generous wine giving masses of ripe Shiraz character. Cellaring will see the development of cedar and savoury characters. It will remain a great example of Coonawarra Shiraz for up to a decade.
Deep crimson still with a prominent purple edge. The fruit is ripe and perfumed with blueberry and black olives over the top of red currant and stalky fruit characters. These are complimented by mocha – like oak characters. Round and soft with the richness of sweet fruit flavours. This wine has the balance and richness seen in all the best Coonawarra Cabernets. There are soft, fine grain tannins and ample sweet fruit flavour to ensure a long cellar life. It will most probably be drinking at its best given at least 3 to 4 years in the cellar. It will almost certainly throw a crust over the next 2 or 3 years. With some age this wine will show increasing levels of cedar and cigar box characters.
Medium bodied dry red. Medium crimson in colour with some purple at the edge. A very complex nose with fragrant, almost ethereal, sweet fruit and cedary new oak. There are heaps of black fruits and charry oak and a little stalkiness. Round and soft structure with plenty of blackberry and cassis fruit flavours. The elegance and balance of this wine are its strengths. The flavours and structure are more evolved than its two Coonawarra partner wines and means that it will be drinking at its best over the next 3 or 4 years.
Full bodied, dry red. Rich red brick in colour. The bouquet has aromas of mint, blackcurrant and spice intertwined with cigar box overtones. Firm tannins support a luxurious range of concentrated flavours including a distinctive berry and mocha undercurrent.
