BRONZE MEDAL Cairns Wine Show 2010 BRONZE MEDAL NSW Small Winemakers Wine Show 2009 This Sauvignon Blanc was harvested in the cool of the night and fermented in stainless steel fermenters in order to retain the fresh and zesty Sauvignon Blanc fruit flavours and aromas. Pale straw with a light green hue. This cool climate Sauvignon Blanc displays lovely pineapple, kiwifruit and guava aromas with subtle green bean complexity. The palate shows loads of tropical fruit flavours held together within a soft and supple structure. There is a touch of minerality adding further complexity to a fine and persistent finish. CELLARING: This Sauvignon Blanc has been made to enjoy over the next 18months while the flavours are young and fresh.
