We are New Zealand's smallest vineyard producing gold medal-winning chardonnay. We are certified organic. Our grapes are hand-picked, selecting only the best bunches. They are whole bunch pressed and fermented in French oak barrels and held on the lees for 10 months before bottling. Only bentonite clay is used during the wine making process to fine our wine. We bottle-age our wine for a further 10 months before releasing them. Our wines are suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
