750ml 2009 Sauvignon Blanc Semillon.Intense aromas of passionfruit, tropical fruit salad and lime. The palate is full, textured and multi layered with an abundance of pineapple, cumquat and tropical fruit flavours further enhanced by spicy nuances.The grapes were hand picked in the cool of the morning and whole bunch pressed. The wine was fermented and matured in new and old oak for a period of 12 months.

Brooding forest floor and slightly gamey characters on the palate with a core of intense, juicy plum fruit flavour running through the wine. Tokay

375 ml This sweet fortified wine is deliciously rich. It shows concentrated flavours of apricots and stewed fruit with a hint of oak. This wine was made from vintages spanning 30 years. The juice was fortified with spirit and matured in 30 to 40 years old French Cognac and American Brandy and Bourbon barrels. The barrels from each vintage became part of a solero system, where each new year tops the previous years� barrels. Younger wines add freshness and fruit character, while older wines offer complexity and developed flavours. This wine averages 6 to 7 years.
