The fruit for this delightful wine was left on the vine longer to allow the fruit to ripen fully before harvest thus producing a slightly sweeter wine. All this comes together to produce a distinctly luscious wine. Wonderful with blue or goats cheese or with a mixed berry desert. Winemaker: John Wade
