Another Verdelho from Isis Vineyard in Chittering, this aromatic variety is uniquely Western Australian. Displays pungent aromas of pineapple, guava & ripe melon with a hint of passionfruit, spice and a confectionery note. 2009 vintage - this wine from Margaret River displays a bouquet which is pungent and varietal with red capsicum, exotic spices and fresh herbal notes. The palate is generous, fresh & complex.
The 2009 Chardonnay displays an enticing bouquet of delicate white peach and cashew nut with a spicy lift from the oak. The palate is sleek & refined with a great line of minerally acidity. An outstanding wine.
A delicious Rose created from our own Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. A bright and vibrant wine with floral and pomegranate aromas and some delicate fruit sweetness.
A blend created from Shiraz from the Swan Valley & Cabernet from Margaret River. Lifted cassis and mocha Cabernet characters are evident including vanilla bean and roasted capsicum. These are complemented by spice, pepper and plum from the Shiraz.
Another Merlot from Margaret River which displays dark cherry, marzipan & coffee bean aromas highlighted by perfumed mulberry and a touch of spice. The palate is rich & smooth with lingering flavours including cinnamon, plum and dark berry fruits.
Grown on the Jane Brook flood plain, rich in deep alluvial soil, from 70 year old vines. Harvested in February for peak fruit and flavour development.
Four & a half star rating in Winestate Magazine, the 2008 Cabernet Sauvignon shows lifted aromas of cracked pepper and ripe cassis underlined with dusty eucalypt nuances. It is bold, round & soft with tightly structured chalky tannins providing great length of fruit flavour.
Our commitment to remain a family-owned Western Australian winery is reflected in the 2008 Atkinson Family Reserve Shiraz which is hand selected as the very best of the 2008 vintage. This wine has cellaring potential of around 8 years.
